File Lister

What is it?

    With the File Lister utility you can automatically generate a worksheet in Excel containing a list of files from a specified folder, which includes the capabilities to list specific file types, specific system information about the files (e.g. Parent Folder, Size, Date Last Modified, etc.), as well as a selectable link to the file or folder, how many files to list per worksheet, and which system information attributes to sort by. A custom external script can also be executed per file found in order to obtain further information about each file.

What is it?

What is it?

    With the Frequency Reporting utility you can group word and phrase pattern frequency data for graphing and reporting in Excel. This utility is utilized in conjunction with the saved output of the Analyze Content utility.

Filter Duplicates

What is it?

    With the Filter Duplicates utility you can identify, highlight, label, and filter rows within a list of data for distinct, unique, and duplicate rows in Excel. You can select which columns to utilize for the analysis and then when viewing the results can choose whether to view the distinct, unique, or duplicate rows found. You can also choose to cycle through 1 by 1 for each set of distinct, unique, or duplicate rows found.

What is it?

    Color Based Filter can show or hide columns and/or rows in Excel based on multiple cell background colors.

Content Manipulator

What is it?

    With the Content Manipulator utility you can perform multiple edits to cell values within a list of data in Excel. Some editing examples include, splitting a cell value to obtain a part of the current value, eliminating a specified amount of characters or end spaces from a value, changing the case of a value from upper to lower or vice versa, reversing the characters within the value, replacing one or more characters with another, inserting characters at the beginning or end of the value. Or, a combination of each.

What is it?

    With the Transform Content utility you can copy text content to a custom column or row limit. The content can be pre-processed with several custom manipulation settings and split capabilities to achieve the desired results.

What is it?

    Compare List compares values from one list to another in Excel. The results will identify row and column differences between the lists with the ability to update the template list to the differences found within the input list. The differences can be identified with unique colors and can automatically be tracked over time if set to do so. Compare list can be utilized to perform a simple analysis up to a comprehensive change editing and history tracking system.

Column Visibility

What is it?

    Column Visibility can show or hide columns within a worksheet in Excel. You can view which columns are visible or hidden based on a user defined row containing predefined column header names. You can also save and retrieve the defined visibility.

What is it?

    Export List can save a selected list of data in Excel to a file with the capabilities to surround each cell value with a defined character, as well as the capabilities to define the column delimiter. This is often utilized to create files that can be imported by other software programs.
